I know, the title doesn't even have anything to do with this post. I kinda feel it will, just by saying that.
I just used my leave credits from last year so I could have to read. Luckily I was able to, but, I didn't really have enough time to read all the modules nor go over the Republic Acts or Laws, but still thank you so much Lord for giving me a chance to, for I know that there are people out there who took the exam - yet wasn't given any consideration to go on leave in order to review.
The perfect classroom was assigned and as I entered the room at 7:00am, I saw that everyone was busy discussing and reading their notes for the last time. The exam was until 6:00pm and just a few of us here in Baguio took the Real Estate Exam.
The first and second part of the exam was like a "walk in the park". I admit I was really nervous, most of the time when I get nervous this means that something good will come out of it. I just hope something will. Oh God please help me pass.
Then came the third part, after reading the first 3 questions I felt different, kinda relaxed. I knew there was something wrong. It was the longest exam.
We were given 2 hours each for the first 2 exams. But for the last one we had to answer it in 4 hours, which for me I swear was not enough. I was really having a hard time answering the appraisal part. I even found myself praying to God asking him not to let me guess again. But, I had to guess and give my best judgement of the answer.
I hope I become a real estate broker. I want to reach my goal, after this I'll take the appraisal exam. Continue Law school of course. Work with Joanne, prosper with her and help my family and friends.
March 20- March 25.. We'll see :)
