JUST ONE WISH

The movie Aladdin may always depict a picture of a Genie. A Genie that would grant us three wishes. But what if you were challenged with just one wish. What would you wish for?
Most Beauty Pageant contestants would answer "World Peace" (or maybe It's because I watch too much of Miss Congeniality It's Arra's favorite Movie by the way). Some would answer  "To be Rich" or some would answer "Peace of mind for my children" ( I guess my mom would wish for that, which who, by the way commented on the letter I wrote to PLDT, she said I have to work on my Letter Writing Skill, which by the way made me think that If I really want to be a writer I should practice a lot, good thing I read a portion of Malcolm Galdwell's book "OutLier" who wrote about passion vs perspiration- that in order for a person to be able to master a certain skill he should spend 10,000 hours of painstaking practice, which made me envisage this distressing, repressing, chilling and daunting calculation that in order for me to be an ingenius writer I should spend like 8,000 more hours writing my thoughts excluding research. Okay... so much of this Anaphora let me get back to the wish part)

Let me just say then that If  I were to be granted 1 (one) wish. I would wish to be  Alluding Advocate of all the Languages in the Universe. Because I believe that  this world needs  good communication. I want to be the one who could instill in people's minds my emotion, I would like to sound condescending in a way but conventional enough to consider people's feelings. I would Insinuate World Peace not only through my Writings but my Orations my Speeches.  Just simply like that. But the challenge would be more tough I should say. I would like to be appreciated by the Intelligent, work with them  in a team.

Okay these are my thoughts for now.. cheerios again!

XB Gensan Won!!

XB Gensan Won!.. XB Gensan Won.. XB Gensan Won... Just today I watched Showtime. Yeah since I do have a lot of time on my hands I actually have time to watch showtime. Can you just Believe that?!. Anyways the reason why I put them as my title for this bloggerrhoid is not only because I would like my blog site to be visited, but let's just say something about them struck me, not only  with their performance, their story and their perseverance..  well if you come to think of it Actually the show today explained a lot about How Human Nature could be fathomed. You be the judge!

So before I start i would just like to talk real quick about my week. Now that I have a lot of time on my hands, I solemnly consecrated myself to pick up Dana my niece from Monday- Friday, every 10am. I've been this since last month, I think I'm still trying to get the hang of child rearing. Spending each day with her is a privilege for me to be cognizant of a lot of things, I've soon then reached this thought "Why were not that aware of how small things  could make us happy when we were kids" is it because true happiness is something which could be construed with penetrating overwhelming euphoria  that we forget that - 'hey, i was so happy a second ago'. As we grow we tend to feel nonchalant about these small  things. Dana reminds me of the small things that could make me feel happy everyday. I feel like I'm a bairn a tot except well... I look Old (My mom always says that, good thing I love her!). Well Speaking of my mom It was her birthday yesterday and the day before her Birthday was Joanne's mom birthday. My mom's birthday was just a simple gathering, a gathering full of bliss. Joanne was there and I'm so glad she felt happy too that she was there.

Okay so going back to my real topic. Let me introduce real quick the great orators of time. I'll be talking about Vice Ganda,XB Gensan and Human Nature.

Demosthenes is a Greek Orator of Athena according to an article I read, his greatness did not come out naturally to eliminate a stutter he secluded himself in a cave and practiced speaking with pebbles in his mouth. he did great with his orations that even Thucydides tried to copy him may times. This just simply shows that advocacy can be learned. According to an article realizing he was at the end of his rope he requested permission to write a letter when he  fled to a temple at Poseidon for sanctuary a guard prevailed on him to come out. When permission was granted for him to write a letter when he decided to walk, quill pen in his mouth, he died before he reached the door of a poison he kept in his pen. Some Orators such as Cicero  (Roman Orator) and Quintilian (Roman Orator) were marked by history to be the great Orators of time. Lawyers try to copy them to. I personally would like to commend Vice Ganda with his Wisdom in his orations as he judged the finalist of Showtime. He uses anaphora too as he tails his way through his point and I was strucked by what he said about the XB Gensan, and I also agree that we should never use our failure -- for not being able to do what we love. ... in my case lawyering, although I'm not a lawyer yet. I feel like .. its really about time I get myself ready for school.

To XB Gensan, I wish you all the blessings. Keep your feet on the ground. You just Defied Gravity.

Just Imagine a team who got picked for a wild card. No money except perseverance and great talent in dancing.. in entertaining. Kudos to ya'll! I don't know much about this team and I hope anyone who would read this would tell me more about them. I would love to write an article about them.

So now about Human Nature Sarah Geronimo when she performed was the last contestant same with XB Gensan.  Both of them won. Is this because of  --- It Just keeps getting better---- or --- How the Universe Conspires---- or ---- because the last person we see most of the time is the last person we could  appreciate more. Go figure!

I know I should have painstakingly simplified this to get to my point about Human Nature. But I really have to go. There are actually 3 boys probably dying to use the computer.

Oh well this is my Bona fide-voir dire about how  Showtime's Season 1 ended . I may tell you more about it  next time... till then.. cheerios!!

I want someone to sing this song for me on our wedding day... Cheezzy

 They all Laughed

The odds were a hundred to one against me
The world thought the heights were too high to climb
But people from missouri never incensed me
Oh, I wasn't a bit concerned
For from hist'ry I had learned
How many, many times the worm had turned
They all laughed at Christopher Columbus when he said the world was round.
They all laughed when Edison recorded sound.
They all laughed at Wilbur and his brother when they said that man could fly.
They told Marconi wireless was a phony, it's the same old cry.
They laughed at me wanting you, said I was reaching for the moon.
But oh, you came through, now they'll have to change their tune.
They all said we never could be happy, they laughed at us and how!
But ho, ho, ho! Who's got the last laugh now?
They all laughed at Rockefeller Center, now they're fighting to get in.
They all laughed at Whitney and his cotton gin.
They all laughed Fulton and his steamboat, Hershey and his chocolate bar.
Ford and his Lizzie, kept the laughers busy, that's how people are.
They laughed at me wanting you, said it would be, "Hello, Goodbye."
But oh, you came through, now they're eating humble pie.
They all said we'd never get together, darling, let's take a bow.
For ho, ho, ho!
Who's got the last laugh? Hee, hee, hee!
Let's at the past laugh, Ha, ha, ha!
Who's got the last laugh now?
